Franchise Business Coach

Our client is looking for an experienced Fran-Ops/FBC to partner with their family of franchisees. You'll work to strengthen business outcomes and operational consistency across their portfolio through direct mentoring, data-driven performance conversations, and ongoing accountability partnerships.

Your mission: help owners run stronger businesses while maintaining brand integrity across the network.

What You'll Do

• Partner with franchisees to identify gaps, roadblocks, and growth opportunities—then co-develop actionable solutions
• Meet regularly with franchise partners (mix of virtual and field visits) to review performance metrics, profitability, revenue growth, and operational execution
• Evaluate operations against system standards and brand requirements; flag compliance issues early
• Build tailored development plans and coaching resources based on each owner's unique business stage and needs
• Work cross-functionally with leadership on network initiatives, training programs, and process improvements
• Support new franchise launches and ongoing franchisee development

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years working directly with franchisees/operators
• 3+ years of Fran-Ops from franchisor level
• Track record diagnosing operational challenges and building practical, implementable fixes
• Genuine coaching mindset—you're energized by helping owners succeed
• Comfort juggling multiple relationships while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Collaborative spirit; comfortable working across departments on system-wide improvements

The Role

• Full-time, remote-based
• Travel: To be determined
• Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually
