Litigation Associate Attorney
Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County) | Full-Time

A growing law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of litigation experience to manage a full caseload from start to finish. Personal injury experience is a plus. This hands-on role offers courtroom exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of your cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage litigation matters from discovery through trial
• Take and defend client, witness, and expert depositions
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions, including summary judgment
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of litigation experience
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience
• Personal injury experience preferred
• Trial experience or exposure preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently
