Conduct formative research to identify latent needs and problems to address with product solutions. Lead iterative design research to refine early prototypes into market-ready products. Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning through research insights. Manage external research vendors to augment the research team's capabilities and ensure quality outcomes.What's Needed?Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance. Proficiency with quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and survey platforms like Qualtrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and utilize data to support hypotheses.
