American Bolt Corporation in New Berlin, WI is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. WORK SCHEDULE This is full-time hourly position, working Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (flexibility to operating hours 6am - 7:30pm is needed) AS A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL Work in tandem with another working Warehouse Supervisor - people and operations/warehouse management will be divided between two relatively equal roles. Split the people management of approximately 33-35 people (oversee 17-19 employees). Champion People: Support success, have clear expectations and accountabilities, and offer consistent feedback. Know & Learn Technology: be proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Outlook, amongst others. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), 2-4 years' warehouse experience, and at least 1 year in a leadership or lead role; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience.
